The Seventh Suite focuses its work on leaders, teams and organizations that positively impact the world at large. The practice is dedicated to those who express an openness to self-learning so that they may bring more insight, wisdom, creativity, consciousness and emotional maturity to business relationships, practices, decisions and results.
The Seventh Suite is a boutique consulting firm owned by Regina M. Miller. Regina is a senior executive coach, facilitator and consultant with more than twenty-five years of proven success and experience. She cut her teeth in the early days of mobile communications at Vodafone and Verizon.
The Seventh Suite was born out of her experience as part of an executive team that built a small mobile phone company in the Czech Republic called Oskar which sold to Vodafone in 2005 for close to $2 Billion. The Seventh Suite is an ode to Oskar as seven was a prolific meme that guided the success of that company. Regina learned the joys and the pains of real leadership during those years.
Today, the number seven permeates popular culture, ancient civilizations, mythology, science, math, religion and spirituality. The number seven refers to wisdom. It refers to a “spiritual maturity” after a learning cycle and this is the underlying result of the kind of work we do – transformational in nature. It’s about the experience of what happens when people “learn” about themselves, make a choice to act or change and how that process unfolds...
